These Terms of Service apply when you access recteq.co.uk or purchase products from RECTEQ, LLC.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UK consumer law.

Online Store

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order.

You may not use our website or products for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, interfere with store security, introduce malicious code, or infringe the rights of others.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, availability and prices accurately. Screen settings may affect how colours and images appear.

Trading cards are sold as sealed products unless clearly stated otherwise. The contents of sealed packs and boxes are random, and specific cards, values or outcomes are not guaranteed.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order where:

• A product is unavailable

• Pricing or product information contains a clear error

• Payment cannot be authorised

• Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected

• The delivery address falls outside our supported area

If we cancel a paid order, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in GBP unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes will be shown during checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is processed.

Shipping

We deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Free standard UK shipping is available. Handling takes 1–2 business days, transit takes 2–3 business days and total estimated delivery is 3–5 business days.

The daily order cut-off is 2:00 PM London time, Monday to Friday.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned trading-card products must normally remain new, unused, unopened and factory sealed.

We accept eligible exchanges, provide a free return label and do not charge a restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, design, graphics and original written material belonging to RECTEQ, LLC may not be copied, reproduced or exploited without permission.

Third-party product names, trademarks and images belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or affiliation unless explicitly stated.

Third-Party Services

Our website may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, content or services outside our control.

Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Submit false or fraudulent information

• Attempt unauthorised access to the website or another customer’s account

• Copy or misuse website content

• Upload viruses, malware or harmful material
