RECTEQ, LLC delivers exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Cost

We provide free standard shipping on all eligible UK orders. There is no minimum order value.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM London time, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM, during weekends, or on UK public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Handling and Delivery Times

• Handling time: 1–2 business days

• Transit time: 2–3 business days

• Total estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days

• Fulfilment days: Monday–Friday

• Delivery country: United Kingdom only

Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

Order Tracking

When your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing the available tracking information.

Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the tracking details to become active.

Delays and Incorrect Addresses

Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, severe weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Orders
